Our Bellingham Massage Team

Amanda Cook

I am a graduate from WCC Massage Therapy Program with a passion for helping people feel at peace in their bodies. I am an active runner, hiker and bicyclist and know how difficult it can be when an injury prevents us from doing what we love. My goal is to help you recover, get you back to doing what you enjoy and keep you in prime condition. I am excited to meet you where you are in your health journey.

I am thrilled to be working at Prime Sports Institute as I love their commitment to our community. Having this resource available to athletes and aspiring athletes is amazing, and one I've used through my injury recovery.

I was born and raised in Bellingham and spend much of my free time outside on the trails with my husband and two dogs.

Kristina Zographos

I began practicing massage in 2012.

I want you to experience whole-body wellness, utilizing a variety of massage modalities. My aim is to encourage cohesion within the musculoskeletal system so you will walk out of your massage session feeling better than when you walked in.

This can look like many things: an improved range-of-motion, a reduction in pain and/or muscle stiffness, a decrease in stress levels, or a quicker bounce-back after a particularly grueling training session.

Whatever your goal, MY goal is to help you take steps towards attaining it.

Words to describe my philosophy are “Trigger Point Thai" and "Individualization."

Through the yoga-like movement in Thai Massage, imbalances, inflexibilities, and sticking points become clear. With a mix of Thai, trigger point release, and deep tissue sports massage, I can help you improve flexibility, range of motion, and circulation and work out those new or long-standing pain points.

Treatment massage is not a traditional spa massage. Most people think of massage as an indulgence and a treat. While I do my best to make treatment relaxing, my goal is to get to the root of the problem and leave you with results you’ll continue to feel over the next several days.

Ivy Bjornson

I am an experienced Massage Therapist with an active WA state license since 2010. I have extensive experience working with athletes, including the United States Women’s National soccer team and the dancers for the Pacific Northwest Ballet.

Much of my career I worked with ‘athletes of life’ in many stages of their development at the Seattle Athletic Club and a local chiropractor clinic. I recently returned to Bellingham, where I graduated from Whatcom Community College.
