Getting ready for a race, competition or event?

Break down your race preparation so you feel calm, organized, and ready to go at the starting line:

  • Nutrition & Hydration: plan in advance so you have what you need to sufficiently fuel your body before, during and recover faster after your event 

  • Mental Preparation: organize your gear & equipment, plan your day, have an advanced timeline so you’re mentally focused & relaxed so you can be at your best

  • Sports Specific Preparation: like dynamic warm-up, foam rolling, stretching, etc.
