Like training for a sport, you must practice to improve. I have practiced massage full-time for over ten years and have been licensed for thirteen. During that time, I've worked with some of the top professional athletes in the Seattle area - eventually accepting an invitation to work on the United States Women's Soccer Team in preparation for the 2019 World Cup.
In my commitment to hone my massage skills, I have taken massage education classes in multiple states and countries. I use a combination of my experience and education to craft the best possible massage for you!!
