In combination with the OCS designation, he utilizes the foundations of biomechanics learned through 8 years of schooling and exercise prescription knowledge obtained through his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), to focus on fostering quality movement with evidence based approach to evaluation to effectively identify and treat orthopedic and sport related injuries.

Movement and exercise have been a focal point in Dr. Hill's life, through team sports in adolescence, and current passions of hiking, running, weight lifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rock climbing, mountaineering, and backcountry skiing. With participation in these activities, Dr. Hill has gained a thorough understanding of movement intricacies that relate to the demands of these sports, and uses that along with his specialized clinical skills during evaluation and treatment.

“My goal as a physical therapist is to improve a person's quality of life and performance of the activities you love most by empowering and teaching the tools needed to overcome physical setbacks. Through my personal experiences in sport and professional experiences in the clinic, I have become well versed in dealing with injury and understand what it means to lose the ability to participate in activities that make life meaningful and fun. I want to address limitations with your goals in mind and get you back to the activities that are most meaningful to you. "
