Working as a Running Coach at Prime gives me the opportunity to support athletes and active people with proper injury prevention techniques, injury rehabilitation practices, and running specific guidance. Coming from a collegiate running background in California, I have valuable experience and knowledge regarding what athletes want and need, and how to best support them. Recognizing that we all need support and we can all find ways to develop and make strides toward our goals is the most important aspect of my personal philosophy.
