Carol Frazey (www.thefitschool.com) will guide and teach you the elements of a short, slow run to loosen your tired muscles.
Kerry Gustafson (PRIME Massage and Sports Medicine)
Erik DeRoche (Performance Health Northwest) will instruct everyone to best use foam rollers, lacrosse balls, massage sticks, and Trigger Point equipment to care for your fascia and muscles.
Have access to multiple professionals to answer your questions.
Please bring a towel, running shoes, foam rollers, massage sticks, and Trigger Point equipment. We will have additional equipment available.
WHO? This event is open to all. Participation in the Bellingham Bay Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K is not a requirement.
